Our Amelia Island Florida vacation rental condo is a relaxing getaway! Located on the quiet north end of Amelia Island, the condo is 2 blocks from the beach yet only minutes (2 miles) from downtown Fernandina Beach. Enjoy the beach without the high cost of beach front rentals. Excellent location!

Our condo is approximately 1,200 sq ft in size with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It has two balconies; one balcony directly off the living/dining area (facing the ocean to your east) and the other a small private balcony outside the master bedroom facing a natural area of Fort Clinch State Park (in the background of the photograph). The condo is an end unit on the second floor which gives you a little extra breathing room and privacy compared to most of the units in the complex. Within the complex is a tennis court and a swimming pool.

Our vacation rental property borders the State Park to the West, with the ocean nearby to your North and East so there is only vehicle access from the South thus no through traffic. Great neighborhood having a large natural beach area with dunes.

Our vacation rental by owner is fully furnished and equipped. The master bedroom has a new queen-size bed with pillowtop mattress and connecting bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a new queen bed and the third bedroom has a twin bed, with a pull out trundle bed. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a full tub and shower. The unit also has a full kitchen with appliances and a laundry closet with a full sized washer and dryer. Your homeaway from home!
